For over two decades, I worked as an HR consultant, partnering with organizations ranging from 6,000 to 435,000 employees. Each project presented a unique challenge: scaling HR processes without losing the human touch, aligning technology with business strategy, and driving measurable outcomes through enterprise HR systems. These experiences provided me with a front-row seat to the diverse challenges organizations face and the opportunity to craft solutions that deliver tangible, transformative results.
